Dan has a keen interest in justice facilities and offers clients expertise in this type of facility gained over the course of a 30-year career.  Driven to deliver design and operational solutions that serve clients well for many years, Dan relishes his role as the firm’s justice team leader. He is based in the Charlotte office.


Tony Bell, AIA

Tony has spent his entire career with Moseley Architects and is the firm’s civic team leader.  He values the contributions the firm’s designs make to communities and how they benefit citizens. Tony is located in the firm’s Richmond office.

Josh Bennett, AIA

Josh has 17 years of experience designing and managing architectural projects, specializing in design for public agencies. He often serves as the primary client contact and collaborates with owners to establish overall project scope, schedule, and budget.

With Moseley Architects for more than 30 years, Jay specializes in courts, public safety, and government administration.  He understands the importance of listening to clients as an essential element of design success. Jay is based in the Richmond office.


Todd Davis, CJE

Todd offers clients remarkable detention facility management and operational experience.  He embraces every opportunity to help clients address their operational challenges and enjoys working to implement strategies that improve safety and efficiency.


Cary Gill, AIA

For more than 40 years, Cary has enjoyed working with clients to fulfill their needs.  His knowledge of correctional, detention, and public safety design is extensive and combines national criminal justice experience with expertise on specific local requirements.  Cary is based in the Richmond office.


Taylor Muniz, AIA

Over the course of his more than 30-year career, Taylor has developed expertise in a variety of building types, including detention and correctional facilities.  Clients cite strong project management and problem solving skills as his greatest assets.  Taylor is based in the Richmond office.


Bill Porter, PE

With more than 35 years of experience, Bill has a comprehensive engineering background in correctional and detention facility design and works to maximize the safety of the individuals who will work and reside within the facility.  He has substantial experience with design-build projects. Bill is based in the firm’s Virginia Beach office.
