Magda Westerhout, AIA
Dedicated to socially viable projects and urban revitalization, Magda has over 30 years of experience in affordable housing, mixed income housing, and mixed-use projects for a variety of clients. She has successfully designed numerous housing projects ranging from high-rise towers to neo-traditional neighborhoods. In 2017, Magda was named the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition’s Person of the Year.
Tom Liebel, FAIA, LEED Fellow
Tom has practiced architecture for over 25 years, with a special focus on integrating sustainable design and adaptive-use strategies. He has lectured at more than fifty national and international conferences and universities presenting case-studies for his award-winning work in urban revitalization, adaptive use of historic structures, and sustainable design. Tom was recognized in 2013 by AIA Baltimore as Community Architect of the Year.
Faith Nevins Hawks, AIA
With over 35 years of experience, Faith is dedicated to the pursuit of design excellence. She has achieved national recognition for a variety of designs. She is also a member of the Architectural Review Board of Baltimore County and provides design critique and thesis mentoring for the architectural programs at University of Maryland and Morgan State University.
